The location was particularly good, just a 5-minute walk from an interactive multilevel aquarium. This hotel was in a very convenient area adjacent to the transportation hub and lots of restaurants, a shopping mall, and nightlife.

The hotel is clean and located in a nice building with good views of the Melbourne skyline from the window. It is close to free trams, major transport interchange , city center shopping, and public transport. the room includes baggage storage, a kitchenette, and a dining table, along with an exceptionally comfortable bed. the staff is informative and kind. the location is awesome, being close to both major footy stadiums.

The cold buffet breakfast was well priced with all the normal options and standard coffee & tea. The staff were very caring and attentive in case of questions.

Balcony door not really soundproof. Although our room faced into a quiet alley, in the morning there was some noise from trucks. All in all, it was quite.

The staff were friendly and ready to help with any questions. The restaurant had top quality food cooked well, with a great atmosphere, which was a lovely and pleasant surprise. Clever use of design, which I really enjoyed in my room.

The location of reception was a little inconvenient, but I got the hang of it. I didn't like having a room without a window to the outside world. I didn't like hearing the travellers in the next room as the windows we both had onto an internal courtyard were perpendicular and adjacent to each other and every word travelled. I didn't like having a tiny poky bathroom and a huge kitchen area when I was travelling alone and only there for 2 nights. It would make sense to book short stay people who probably won't use the kitchen facilities and are travelling alone into a room with a bigger bathroom space... if that exists. These aren't complaints and I have booked to stay again in 2 weeks time, they are just ways that my stay could have been even better.

Convenient facilities overall, great location for exploring the city. the breakfast here is absolutely fantastic - they offer a wide range of tasty options. This venue is top-notch and definitely my go-to choice in the area! 🌟

Breakfast for $17 is very good. Comfortable beds. Downtown location. Free tram 200m away. Sufficient apartment size.

Points deducted because: no room service for one day; the room was very noisy; We had an executive apartment with balcony facing Church Str. Many construction works from 5.30 a.m.; The noise level in the room is extremely high; On the balcony it was unbearable; The bathroom was very small.

The rooms were absolutely fabulous, with air conditioning, baggage storage and settee, exceptionally comfortable bed. Location: the hotel was adjacent to public transport, taxis, Melbourne skyline, and the trams and services.

Our room had great amenities such as baggage storage, a kitchenette, and a lounge, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was great, the location was good they have everything you need. The rooms were nice and clean.

The car park is really tiny it is horrible to park in.
